Essential Movement

Essential Movement is the first step into a practice of embodiment, emotional release,

enjoyment of community and connection to the sacred.


At this class you will engage in free-form movement to music that will guide you from a soft, introspective flow up to a cathartic release and back down into a new place of

awareness and insight. 


This is a Spiral, because you move in a circle, but you are not in the same place when you come back around.


The format of a class is a brief introduction, two spirals of movement, and then a closing circle to share our experiences. 

Classes are offered twice a month to the general public. 


Special classes focused on either an individual or group are available as well.
